In Singapore, you only need a driving license to drive like an idiot, and park like a moron. This is where double yellow lines, zig-zag lines and single white lines mean nothing. Where the traffic police closes both eyes.

Illegal Parking by Dawn Logistics
There is illegal parking on double yellow lines along Pioneer Road North almost every morning on weekdays.
These are heavy vehicles, either lorries or trucks, and we've seen them parked there on occasions between 7:30am to 8:30am.
