In Singapore, you only need a driving license to drive like an idiot, and park like a moron. This is where double yellow lines, zig-zag lines and single white lines mean nothing. Where the traffic police closes both eyes.

Audi driver must own this road
"I went to have dessert with friends around the Selegie area and spotted this car parked in the middle of the road.
